Welcome to my likeness online! What you're seeing below is me in some different capacities. I'm a student at UC Davis currently finishing up my last year of undergraduate studies. I'd like to attend graduate school in the near future for a PhD in Medical Anthropology. Much of my work, and certainly most of my interests, orbits the constellation of obesity studies. Having once been obese, I'm now drawn to the ways in which scientists, academics, policymakers, the newsmedia, and artists interrogate the complicated nature of the growing phenomenon.
